- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We landed in Warren St. Lukes, on Wed, 09/12. My mother in law was having shoulder pains and Dr. Rastogi jumped in and did an absolutely wonderful job in a surgical situation that saved my mother in law's life. He was awesome and going forward each day he provided us with updates and also was very honest with us about the possible outccomes. I would highly recommend Dr. Rastogi if presented with an emergency life saving event. Thank you Dr. Rastogi and all of the staff at Warren St. Lukes in Phillipsburg, NJ.
